1. About One8Cura

One8Cura is a medication reminder and health information organization and tracking application. It may help you organize medicines, schedule reminders, record doses, track inventory and refills, record health information and vitals, manage dependent profiles, remember doctor appointments, generate health history summaries and PDF reports, and use One8 Rewards where available.

One8Cura is an organizational and record-keeping tool. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, diagnostic service, or emergency medical service.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms under the laws applicable to you. If you create or manage a dependent profile, you confirm that you have appropriate authority or permission to manage that person's information.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the security of your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account. Google Sign-In may be used to authenticate users. Do not share credentials, misuse another person's account, or allow unauthorized access. One8Cura may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or serious violations of these Terms.

4. Medication Reminders

One8Cura provides reminder and tracking functionality only. You remain responsible for entering correct medicine, dosage, and schedule information, following professional medical instructions, and confirming that reminders and records are accurate. One8Cura does not decide which medicines you should take, determine dosages, or instruct you to start, stop, skip, or change medication. We do not guarantee delivery of every reminder.

5. Health Information and Vitals

You may record information such as blood pressure, blood sugar, SpO₂, weight, medication history, and other supported health records. This information is provided by or for you for organization and personal record-keeping. One8Cura does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical interpretation, or medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for important medical decisions.

6. Dependents

One8Cura may allow account holders to create and manage dependent profiles. You are responsible for having appropriate authorization, ensuring entered information is accurate, and using the service responsibly. Dependent information must not be used to impersonate, abuse, or unlawfully access another person's information.

7. Health Reports and PDF Reports

One8Cura may generate summaries and PDF reports from information you enter or record. These are organizational records and may contain user-entered information; they are not medical diagnoses or clinical reports and are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation. Review information before sharing reports with healthcare professionals or others.

8. Premium Subscription

One8Cura Premium may provide features such as unlimited medicines, unlimited dependents, vitals tracking, detailed reports, doctor appointment reminders, an ad-free experience, and other premium features introduced by One8Cura. Pricing may vary by country or region. The current planned India price is ₹149 per month. Annual pricing will be shown only if an annual plan is available in the app. Subscriptions and payments may be processed through Google Play Billing or another supported provider. Charges, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are governed by the applicable provider's terms and rules. Premium access may continue through the paid period after cancellation, depending on the platform. One8Cura does not store full payment card details when a payment provider processes payment.

9. Free Version and Advertisements

The free version may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising services. Premium users may receive an ad-free experience as described in the applicable plan. One8Cura does not sell personal health information to advertisers and does not claim to use health, medication, vital, or medical-record information for personalized advertising.

10. One8 Rewards and One8 Coins

Where available, you may earn 15 One8 Coins for each successfully completed qualifying rewarded advertisement, up to 3 advertisements and 45 Coins per day. The current planned redemption is 1,500 One8 Coins for 7 days of One8Cura Premium. Coins are virtual in-app rewards with no cash value; they cannot be withdrawn as money, transferred, sold, or treated as cryptocurrency unless One8Cura explicitly allows it. Rewards are granted only after successful completion. One8Cura may change, suspend, or discontinue the program where permitted by law.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use One8Cura unlawfully; access another account without authorization; reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or damage the service; upload malicious code; abuse reminders, rewards, advertisements, or subscriptions; manipulate or fraudulently generate Coins; circumvent security controls; misrepresent yourself as One8Cura while providing medical advice; or intentionally create misleading medical records. We may restrict or terminate access to protect users, the service, or third parties.

12. User Data and Privacy

Your use of One8Cura is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle account information, medication records, health information, dependent information, and other personal data.

13. User Content and Data

You retain responsibility for information you enter into One8Cura. You grant One8Cura only the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, synchronize, and provide that information to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your health data or a right to use it for advertising or unrelated purposes.

14. Service Availability

One8Cura is provided on an “as available” basis and may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, device or operating-system limitations, network problems, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Notifications and Device Limitations

Reminders depend partly on your device, operating system, notification permissions, battery settings, network conditions, alarm permissions, and other configurations. Enable required permissions. We do not guarantee every notification, alarm, or reminder will be delivered. Do not rely solely on One8Cura for critical medication or healthcare decisions.

16. Third-Party Services

One8Cura may rely on Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. One8Cura is not responsible for independent changes, outages, or policies of third-party services.

17. Intellectual Property

The One8Cura name, logo, branding, application design, software, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to One8Cura, except where third-party rights apply. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit proprietary materials without permission.

18. Medical Disclaimer

Our Medical Disclaimer forms an important part of these Terms. Please review it before using One8Cura.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One8Cura and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. This includes, where legally permitted, losses related to missed or delayed reminders, incorrect user-entered information, device or notification failures, loss or corruption of data, service interruptions, reliance on in-app health records, or medical decisions made by users.

20. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One8Cura is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise that the service is always accurate, available, error-free, or suitable for every medical or personal situation.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for claims or losses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

22. Changes to the Service

One8Cura may add or remove features, modify pricing or rewards, improve or discontinue parts of the service, and update the application. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through appropriate means where required by law. We will update the “Last updated” date when the Terms materially change.

23. Changes to These Terms

Where legally permitted, continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree, stop using One8Cura.

24. Termination

You may stop using One8Cura and delete your account through available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or serious violations. Account deletion may permanently remove associated app data as described in the Privacy Policy.

25. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection and other legal rights applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside.
