1. Introduction
One8Cura is a medication reminder and health information organization app. It helps you organize medicines, reminders, medication records, health information, dependents, reports, and everyday care routines.
By using One8Cura, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the service.
2. Information we collect
Account information
You may provide or authorize us to receive your name or display name, email address, authentication information associated with your account, and Google account information when you use Google Sign-In. We collect only the minimum information necessary for authentication and account operation. One8Cura does not store your Google password.
Medication information
You may enter medicine names, dosage or instructions where supported, medication schedules, reminder times, dose records, medication inventory information, and refill-related information.
Health information
You may choose to record Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, SpO2, Weight, and health history or other records supported by the app. Users choose what health information they enter into One8Cura.
Dependent and family information
You may create separate dependent profiles and enter information associated with those profiles. You are responsible for having appropriate authority or permission to enter and manage information for another person. Dependents do not automatically receive access to your account.
Appointment information
You may enter doctor or healthcare appointment reminders and related scheduling information.
Rewards information
One8Cura may maintain your One8 Coins balance, reward activity and redemption records, and eligibility or limits related to rewards. One8 Coins are in-app rewards and are not cash, currency, or transferable monetary value.
Device and technical information
We may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app, such as device or platform information, app version, crash or error information, basic diagnostic information, and notification-related technical information where required for reminders. We do not collect more technical information than is reasonably needed for these purposes.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Create and maintain user accounts and authenticate users
- Provide medication reminders and store or display medication records
- Maintain medicine inventory and refill reminders
- Store and display health records entered by users
- Maintain dependent profiles and generate health reports or PDF reports
- Provide appointment reminders and Premium functionality
- Maintain One8 Rewards and eligible in-app benefits
- Deliver eligible advertisements to free users
- Prevent abuse and fraud, maintain security, and troubleshoot technical problems
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations
- Improve the reliability and functionality of the service
One8Cura does not use health information entered into the app to diagnose medical conditions.
4. Advertising
One8Cura may show advertisements to eligible free users. Advertising may be provided through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob where applicable.
One8Cura does not use users' medication records, health measurements, or other health information entered into the app as a basis for personalized advertising.
Premium users receive an ad-free experience. Rewarded advertisements may be offered as an optional way to earn eligible One8 Coins. Users are not rewarded for entering health information.
5. Third-party services
One8Cura relies on third-party service providers necessary to operate the app. Where applicable, these may include:
- Firebase and other Google services for authentication, backend services, and data infrastructure
- Google Sign-In for authentication
- Google AdMob for advertising
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms. See the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information for more information.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and protect your account credentials.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent abuse or fraud.
When an account is deleted, One8Cura will delete or de-identify associated personal information according to applicable processes and legal requirements. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or records where necessary for these purposes.
9. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the account deletion functionality available in the app. If you need help, contact us at support@one8cura.online.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
10. User rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of certain permissions or consents, marketing preferences, and other applicable privacy rights. You may contact One8Cura for privacy-related requests at support@one8cura.online. We may need to verify your request and identity before acting on it.
11. Children's privacy
One8Cura is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law to use the service independently. If a parent or guardian creates a dependent profile, that adult is responsible for the information they enter about the dependent and for using the service appropriately.
12. International users
One8Cura may be used by people in different countries. Information may be processed in countries where One8Cura or its service providers operate. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in locations that may have privacy laws different from those in your country.

One8Cura is an organization and logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or clinical monitoring. Information shown in the app should not be treated as medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
